Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using quantumoauth.com (the "Service") operated by Quantum OAuth ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is an internal tool. Only members of our team (and contractors) whom we have authorized and given access credentials may use it. You must keep the team access code and any tokens shown to you confidential and must not share them with anyone outside the team's approved tooling.

3. What the Service does

The Service lets you connect advertising accounts on Meta, TikTok for Business and Google Ads through each platform's official OAuth flow, stores the resulting credentials encrypted, keeps them refreshed, and lets you and our internal tools (including an internal AI assistant) use them to read reports and manage campaigns for the connected ad accounts.

4. Your responsibilities

• You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for having all permissions required to grant us and our internal tools access to them.
• You are responsible for actions taken in connected ad accounts using credentials you authorized, including budget and campaign changes, and for reviewing actions taken by tools on your instructions.
• You must not use the Service to violate any law, to access accounts without authorization, to interfere with or attempt to bypass the Service's security, or to circumvent platform rate limits or restrictions.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of Meta, TikTok and Google Ads remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and Advertising Policies, the TikTok for Business Terms, and the Google Ads API Terms and Google API Services User Data Policy. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, changes to their APIs, or their decisions about your accounts.

6. Disconnecting and termination

You may disconnect any connection at any time from "My connections" or by revoking access in the platform's settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for example when you leave the team or if these Terms are breached. On termination we delete or disconnect the related connections in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tokens will remain valid.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum OAuth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, advertising spend or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
